We only accept the payment options available at checkout.
Under no circumstance will we accept cheques or any other payment methods.
Items are not guaranteed to be available until the customer receives a confirmation email from our store.
We try to keep our site up to date as much as possible.
However, if an item that you ordered is not available for purchase, we will notify you via e-mail.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us.
Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 3 pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Orders received on Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to cancel or make changes to the order.
Your items might be shipped from different places according to the shipping location you chose for each item. Therefore the Returns and Exchanges must be received in the store where the item is originated from within 7 days from the date of delivery unless specified otherwise.
The store location that will send you the items may be changed based on your shipping address and the available inventory in each store. Orders are generally shipped on the next business day (Mon-Fri) after they are processed. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which will provide a tracking number.
A direct signature is required on all orders. Please ensure that you are shipping to an address where someone will be available to sign for the package.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
We only offer FedEx delivery service on this website.
We may be able to process a no signature required shipping, a Saturday delivery or an Overnight Shipping. In such cases, please contact the store that the product listed in directly.
Please note that the listed shipping rates are our estimate including the handling and the packaging fee. Shipping cost depends on the value, the weight and the location where the order will be shipped from and to. In the event where extra shipping cost is required, we will contact you directly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
All sale and discounted items are final sale.
The items might be shipped from different places according to the shipping location you specified for each item. However the store location that will send you the items may be changed according to your shipping address and the available inventory in each store. Returns and exchanges must be received in the store where it originated from within 7 days from the date of receipt unless specified.
Items must be in their original condition (Unworn, unwashed, not tumble dried, not altered or tailored), and must be accompanied by the appropriate product tags and sales receipt.
*Upon receipt of returned goods, 45r Online Store has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.
Please send the package back pre-paid, via traceable carrier and insure for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back. We are not responsible for any missing packages. The customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping on exchanges.
We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be refunded.
We will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
This online return policy only applies to items purchased through our website and not to other purchases (in-store, email order, phone order).
